There is a bug when launching the game “Inca,” as it cannot be installed.

Far more likely is that the program, as run by dosbox, is using DOS detection
routines for CDROM (probably something like MSCDEX detection or something), so
you need to set it up correctly in dosbox. That's a bit annoying, but it is
what it is.

As for comment 2, what is the problem exactly ? For a 1992 game, that looks
about right...
