VS2012 installation log using wine 11.0 Staging

The Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 Ultimate (11.0.50522.0) installer fails fairly
quickly with the following final error:

0140:fixme:ole:CoCreateInstanceEx no instance created for interface
{00000000-0000-0000-c000-000000000046} of class
{90f1a06e-7712-4762-86b5-7a5eba6bdb02}, hr 0x80040111.

90f1a06e-7712-4762-86b5-7a5eba6bdb02 is CLSID_CLRRuntimeHost,
the GUID of ICLRRuntimeInfo

This is using wine 11.0 (Staging), system package from Fedora 44
