Terminal output of jlauncher.exe on wine-11.10 (window never appears)

Istaria (free MMORPG, 32-bit application) launches but the game window 
never appears since Wine 11.10. DXVK and Vulkan initialize normally and 
the GPU (AMD RX 6600, RADV) is detected.

The process exits silently after D3D9 initialization ("Process set as 
DPI aware" is the last output) — no crash, no error message, the window 
is simply never created.

Wine 11.9 works correctly.

Bisected to:
c9e4e0152548e6a369bd7bcdeedc5bd64f446fb6
"win32u: Use pthread instead of the TEB to access internal per-thread data."

win32u tests pass on the bad commit (37872 executed, 0 failures). 
d3dkmt shows 3 failures but they are pre-existing (identical results on 
the parent commit c9e4e015~1).
