The DestructibleVehicle-Win64-Shipping.exe does not start nor create backtrace
log at all, result in instant NtRaiseException error.

> Steps
1. Install https://fitgirl-repacks.site/c-a-r-s-creating-a-ridiculous-shitshow/
2. Run `C.A.R.S/DestructibleVehicle.exe` - did not work!
3. Run `C.A.R.S/Cars/Binaries/Win64/DestructibleVehicle-Win64-Shipping.exe`

e.g.,
wine ..../C.A.R.S/Cars/Binaries/Win64/DestructibleVehicle-Win64-Shipping.exe

> Result
00f0:err:seh:NtRaiseException Unhandled exception code c0000409 flags 1 addr

> Expected
Be able to play the game; other games are fine.
