Wine output concatenated with the program's own diagnostics

Nova 2.1.9 (a software for electrochemical measurements with Metrohm equipment
and manipulation with the data generated in their proprietary *.nox format)
installs successfully with wine, but crashes just after the start with a popup
message "Nova will be closed due to unrecoverable error" (the wine output
concatenated with the program's own traceback is attached).

Confirming. 

This might be a mono-bug but not 100% sure.

After installing .net48 I got a different crash. I'll file a bugreport for
that.
