Still present in firefox 3.0 (and probably 2.0).
Austin, are you sure you don't have corefonts installed in your system?

Is this still an issue i current (1.5.4) or newer wine ? You may also close this as abandoned if you feel that that this is issue is no longer relevant to you. FFox 2 and 3 are no longer supported by Mozilla. Seems to work in current git.
Yes, it works fine in wine-1.5.30-191-g30e9a37. Thanks for testing.
