Log from failed start in wine-11.13

The launcher works, login and patching normally, but after clicking Play, the
game eventually displays just a blank window. The KingsIsle splash screen never
appears. 

Regression test results:

The commit is the same one identified in bug #59950, but the patch in that bug
does NOT fix the issue with Wizard101, and my console log does not include the
"err:d3dcompiler:assemble_shader Asm reading failed" error reported in that
bug, so I think this is a different bug.
