OK, fine... using winecfg, switch Windows Version from XP to Windows 7, the application crashes at startup. See attached backtrace Also tried: - using the installer with Windows version set to Windows 7 upfront - all other windows variants in winecfg before starting the application - created a 32 Bit Wineprefix as described in FAQ 6.5.3 and installed there Thanks for your help! -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. There is not even an application window opening, just the wine crash reporter to save the backtrace. Again, this is when wine is set to Win7. Unfortunately installing vst plugins does not work. After logging into my account, selecting any plugin to install I get a message box: ### Sorry An error has occurred during installation Please follow the steps in this troubleshooter ### links to: http://www.waves.com/support/error-during-product-installation-using-waves-c... created a few links mentioned there, unsuccessfully. Issue stays. Do you want me to create a new bug for this because the application runs now and this is a new issue?
