This is ongoing for about 16 hours as of the time of writing. No new pushes or merge requests on the platform are able to create any pipelines. See the Pipeline page for lack of pipeline activity, and the Merge requests list for missing pipelines on recent code pushes. Attempting to manually run a pipeline on my own merge request also fails to create it, so the issue seems to be with pipeline creation in general, not the push trigger/automation. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. Confirming for manual click for "Run Pipeline" button for 71st time which worked fine for 70th run a week ago:

Looks like the 19.2 upgrade broke something, hopefully it's working now.
