not yet implemented feature: SM1 "ternary" expression.

This one is triggered when starting the tutorial.

I've attached all the (unique) shaders generated with VKD3D_SHADER_DUMP_PATH
set.

Attached shaders are also using register(cX) reservations, there is an MR for
that https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/vkd3d/-/merge_requests/458.
