What are the exact steps to reproduce?
In a clean prefix - Download client from http://www.playragnarok.com/downloads/clientdownload.aspx - Install client - Run launcher (patcher) - After update try start game. After these steps the erros are showed. Before starting the installer. Without ie8 you don't see a installer gui. And without vcrun2008 you can't finnish the updater. Setting vcrun2008 later and trying to update the game files via pather doesn't seem to help. So it really needs to be set before running the installer. wine 2.0rc3.
