This causes a chain of libraries that can't load, thus crashing the executable before it gets a chance to load. This holds true for it's companion application TES Construction Set. It is not affected by the community script extender xOBSE. Example errors in description: 0230:err:module:import_dll Library nsi.dll (which is needed by L"C:\\windows\\system32\\iphlpapi.dll") not found 0230:err:module:import_dll Library iphlpapi.dll (which is needed by L"C:\\windows\\system32\\WSOCK32.dll") not found 0230:err:module:import_dll Library WSOCK32.dll (which is needed by L"C:\\Oblivion\\Oblivion.exe") not found 0230:err:module:LdrInitializeThunk Importing dlls for L"C:\\Oblivion\\Oblivion.exe" failed, status c0000135 -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
