Since commit 405fe9031485fceee1e3c1f8ad5e49f35ada80f6, "ntdll: Store the main
module handle in a global variable.", Wine fails to start up (when starting
from scratch with a new wiped WINEPREFIX). This happens with a plain, non-wow
single architecture build, for any architecture.

Starting up, when executing wine in the build tree, fails like this:

$ WINEPREFIX=$HOME/.wine-build-testing ./wine cmd
wine: created the configuration directory '/home/martin/.wine-build-testing'
wine: failed to start L"\\??\\C:\\windows\\system32\\wineboot.exe": c0000135
0024:err:environ:run_wineboot failed to start wineboot c0000135
wine: could not load kernel32.dll, status c0000135
