first 2000 lines of WINEDEBUG=+opengl,+wgl output

result of running
$ WINEDEBUG=+opengl,+wgl wine Gocad.exe
I truncated after the first 2000 lines. The remainder were lines very similar
to the last 100 or so lines in the attached lines.
