Ignore MotionNotify events when XI2 is enabled

When XInput2 takes over the mouse, regular MotionNotify events continue to be
handled alongside it.  This causes the cursor to erratically skip around when
the slower method (X11 input) tries to reposition the cursor while XInput2 is
already handling future events.

The patch will be e-mailed to wine-patches(a)winehq.org.

The patch I included here is also the wrong patch.  It excluded something
important.

Anyway if there is a problem with the current wine code you should keep the bug
opened. Just rename it to something more meaningful that reflects the problem.

Is there an application that suffers from this issue?
