Unable to install Wine

Hello, 
I'm trying to install the latest version of Wine via the terminal, but the
download isn't working. Please find a screenshot of the terminal error
attached.

This isn't a wine bug. If you need help with installing wine, please use the
forums https://forum.winehq.org/

I don't speak french, but as a quick note, `wget -N` is giving you a 304
because you already have the file downloaded.

The `commande introuvable` errors are because you have extra characters in
front of the commands.
