Not really sure what else to say... Ask if you want any extra debugging output from wine or gdb or anything. Due to patent reasons none of the open source drivers export it. The hardware supports decompresson of these texture formats properly but in order to comply to the texture compression specifications also software compression is needed (which is problematic due to the patent).
