Start menu icons not created by Total Annihilation installer.

I'll attach an attachment showing the log at the console: it looks like the
icon creation is not implemented yet.  To this extent, one could argue it is
not a bug but a missing feature, but I felt it might be useful to at least
document that this missing feature affects concretely the installation of Total
Annihilation.

Output of running the TA installer on wine 1.1.27.

You can see the stubs for Dde communications that seem to be related to icon
creation.
