The check for Wayland includes five dependencies: WAYLAND_CLIENT_LIBS,
WAYLAND_SCANNER, XKBCOMMON_LIBS, XKBREGISTRY_LIBS, linux_input.h. If any of
these are missing, configure outputs "Wayland development files not found".

It may be surprising to some that installing libwayland-dev (or equivalent)
does not fully satisfy this dependency, and reading configure.ac is required to
know what to install.

This can be fixed by using separate WINE_NOTICE_WITH checks for each dependency
using the same enable_wayland_drv parameter (as is done with other components
like Kerberos).
