Cool, glad I've fixed at least one app ;)  I just wish I could reproduce it!

How are you installing it?  If I click on Custom Install in the beginning, then
disable the toolbar and everything else that I can, it still complains about
missing flash_inst.exe.

What windows version do you have set?
