The icons are missing as far back as Wine 4.0. However, the presence or absence of the icons appears to depend on what graphics level your hardware can support: If I run TextPad in a VirtualBox VM (which has limited OpenGL support), the icons appear, but if I set the environment variable LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE=1 (which emulates full OpenGL support) in the same VM, the icons disappear. The test can display the icons.
Good afternoon Maotong Zhang. Please note that the bug with disappearing toolbar icons is for Textpad v9. Your test is for Textpad v8, which does not have that problem.
