[Bug 8699] Morrowind displaced downwards slightly when running in virtual desktop

Only seems to happen when Morrowind is set to run in a window instead of 
fullscreen. Tried setting the virtual desktop to 1100x800 and running Morrowind 
windowed, it would seem the black bar at the top is the window decoration.
