For example in bug #7491 a combo box had only three choices instead of four because we made a mistake by 2 pixels comuting the edit part size. It may require creating special Wine themes that have the same metrics as the standard Windows ones. I haven't heard of anyone who could/would want to create such themes. Another problem is that the last time I checked our theming engine was very slow and e.g. the Windows XP Luna themes makes Wine nearly unusable.
