It is required by the LoL store. This should NOT affect the in-game store - just the one in the launcher. Please try installing Adobe Air and retest. A lot of people got it running. Did you try installing AdobeAIR? Yes.
Please try installing Adobe Air and retest. You will also need: ms-corefonts & vc2005/2008.
All of them are already installed. I updated adobeAIR and wine to 1.7.19 and now I'm able to access the store if I wait beetweem 5 and 10 minutes... However it doesn't display correctly, the fonts are horrible, images doesn't load correctly... Does the console output/log changee if you wait that 5min?

I Checked his winecfg and winetricks and I found out he had less components/DLL overrides. I created a new wineprefix with the same components than him installed with winetricks, the shop still doesn't display (still black background with nothing else) Then I copied his wineprefix in my computer and used it with winecfg and then League of Legends. No he uses the exact same version of (the real) wine than me (the latest one available on gentoo, so it was 1.7.17 and now the 1.7.21). It seems than on the wineprefix I tried to create with same options than him that doesn't have the shop working, the only difference is corefont not installed. It might be responsible. Removing it make it now possible to use the shop functions. However I didn't test all sections, only runes and champions sections. Anyway, the shop still doesn't display correctly, there are missing button, for example to sort by price, or to unlock any item.
