It seems likely that this was intended instead
        L"SELECT * FROM Win32_BIOS WHERE NAME <> NULL",

e.g. the line #94 states
        L"SELECT * FROM Win32_BIOS WHERE NULL = NAME",

Good catch! It was indeed "Win32_BIOS" before
