Compilation logs

An i386 build fails to complete when using clang --without-mingw on Debian and
Ubuntu. It builds fine on openSUSE.

The compilation dies with lots of similar lines:

tmp6a8e019f/shell32-00000000.spec-00000001.s:51910:10: error: Could not find
incbin file 'dlls/shell32/shell32.res'

                ^

I've tried clang 21 and 22, Debian Stable and Testing, and Ubuntu Noble, all
i386. Tried with and without ccache. I don't know what else to try.

I'm not smart enough to know if this a Debian or Wine bug.

$ CFLAGS="-O0 -g -pipe" ./configure --without-tests --without-mingw
$ make

Tried without -pipe too, no change.

AFAICT all dependencies are satisfied, except OSSv4.
