When you try to launch tsp_codec_install.exe it freezes while using 200% of
CPU.

$ sha256sum tsp_codec_install.exe 
996822360b919c08b779f356ae6032f504e2f05c5c67d83295c1cd3706628912 
tsp_codec_install.exe

$ md5sum tsp_codec_install.exe 
27dfd7f9f4e71bef87371ceb161b7ad7  tsp_codec_install.exe

The binary is just 106'160 bytes.

It freezes under Windows XP SP3 as well. Closing as invalid.
