Test code for MsgWaitForMultipleObjects

Calling MsgWaitForMultipleObjects with invalid handles and
QS_POSTMESSAGE/QS_ALLPOSTMESSAGE mask results in different behavior from
Windows if a window is created.

After a window is created, MsgWaitForMultipleObjects will return WAIT_FAILED
with ERROR_INVALID_HANDLE on Wine, while on Windows it will return
WAIT_OBJECT_0+nCount without error.

If no window is created, both Wine and Windows will behave the same. (Returning
WAIT_FAILED with ERROR_INVALID_HANDLE error)

Tested with Wine 11.19 (commit a15ee2ccf20e2fc9f470badd916855801933d31f) on and
Windows 10 22H2.

MapleStory (not sure if all region versions work the same though) depends on
this before proceed to login stage, and will disconnect from server after 30
seconds if MsgWaitForMultipleObjects with invalid handles keep returning
WAIT_FAILED.
