I installed the last version 3.8.150 with wine version 1.6 under xubuntu 16.04 (fresh installation). There was a bug during the installation (installer window frozen). Please don't change the original reported version. A comment saying it's still present in a new version is enough.
Could you attach terminal output as a text file?
I think it makes sense in this case to change the original reported version. The original report was made using an old version but it was updated in newer version one day later.
