After applying the patch from https://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=52041 the app installer still crashes, the last line from the log is: 0009:fixme:urlmon:SecManagerImpl_GetZoneMappings Default action is not implemented wine: Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x00000000 at address 0x433660 (thread 0009), starting debugger... During installation, the download and installation of StormFish and Módulo de Proteção fail. The installer creates a log file. During the Módulo de Proteção step, the installer crashes shortly after the failed download attempt. The backtrace is pretty similar to the one in the description. I monitored the network traffic using Wireshark. It seems the installer makes a DNS query to wwws2.santandernet.com.br. The response to this query seen in Wireshark is: Standard query response 0xa9d0 No such name A wwws2.santandernet.com.br

During installation, a messagebox with text is shown: Title: Diagnóstico Módulo de Proteção Body Text: Foram detectados problemas durante a execução do processo. Consulte a lista de tarefas para mais detalhes. Body translates to: Problems were detected during the execution of the process. Please consult the task list for more details. I assume that this error/message appears due to a problem downloading Módulo de Proteção.
