This title bar hide the text behind which prevents me to use this feature. Does this still occur in Wine 1.7.19 or later?
Since there is an available download, you could (should) test it yourself, especially since it doesn't involve a huge download or a complicated procedure. Also, you shouldn't have changed the severity to trivial. This is a UI display error, so a regular (normal) bug. I still produce the titlebar with F23 x86_64 with Wine 1.9.5. I will re-test with 1.9.6. later.
