That's the default system font, it's the same in all applications, nothing Miranda specific. Configure a different font if you don't like this one.
How can I do that? Should I use winecfg? "Desktop Intergration" has lots of items, which ones are relevant? And this won't work for new $WINEPREFIX - every time I'll have to change the settings.
