DNS terminal output for first run after training

I installed WINE 0.9.42, ran winecfg to turn on sound, installed IE5.5, and
then installed DNS7, with no other procedures. 
DNS7 installed flawlessly, ran training fine. 
Then after saving training data it crashed. 
Re-opening it caused the attached.
