Bei Programmstart meldet es 'Ein Treiber ist installiert oder repariert worden, das System ist aber noch nicht neu gestartet worden. There is no need to restart Linux for anything related to Wine/Windows apps. If some installer tells 'Need computer/OS restart' it effectively means shutdown/bootstrapping of the WINEPREFIX (wineboot) - an entirely different concept compared to Windows. You might want to read more about Linux and Wine in general to grasp the concepts/differences to Windows. Also your Wine version 1.4 is from stone age (EOL/no longer supported), upgrade. NOTE: This specific problem is not fixed in mainline Wine.
