I have another program (called ABBA, no free demo available) that seems to fail
with a very similar problem. The last few lines of an +ole trace read:

<==> is this the same problem? Any suggestions on how to debug that further? I
attach a +loaddll,+ole trace of the program running (mor better: failing at
startup ;) under 0.9.21.
