I got an email about Test Results submitted for a (new) version of Total
Commander
(http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=application&iId=614).

To be honest, I don't know why I got this email, maybe because I'm a maintainer
or I monitor version 7.50a..

The problem is that I cannot view these "Test Results", the AppDB URL from the
email, which is supposed to do this, shows:
Queued Entry
This entry is currently queued, and may not be visible to all users.

Confirming.  This has always been the case.  It would be handy if the link
either pointed to the actual test result, or the list of test results.

Alex, to view the queued test results (as a maintainer or admin) you need to
click on the Test Results Queue on the sidebar, on the left.

Monitors are sent copies of notices for any activity in the versions they
monitor as well as for the parent application. New versions are submitted to
the parent application, so monitors of all versions of that application are
notified. Based on the bug description, that part was working as planned.

When submissions are still in the queue, they can only be viewed by the
submitter, the maintainer/supermaintainer of that app or version, and admins.
Monitors can't view queued submissions, so that, too, was working as expected.
The test linked to in the description has since been accepted and can now be
viewed by anyone.

The confusion comes from the fact that monitors are sent the same notice as the
people who can view the queued data, and there is nothing in the content to
tell monitors that they won't be able to see the test report unless and until
it is accepted. 

Adding a line for monitors to clarify this is one option, but it might be
better  to stop sending monitors notices on test submission and only send them
if and when the test is accepted.
