Troopmaster has ended it's test subscription for Wine.  VirtualBox from Innotek
www.virtualbox.org is the preferred Windows emulator for Troopmaster.  Thank
you everyone for your help.  Please feel free to purchase Troopmaster if you
wish to continue making Wine work with Troopmaster.
