[Bug 19375] New: AGENDA: background window tenaciously covering installer window (+wrong z-order)

Standard Window Manager (using KDE 4.2 KWin) actions are effectless: * Hitting Alt+F3, selecting "Minimize" does not work * Hitting Alt+F3, selecting "Always in background" does not work * Hitting Alt+F3, selecting "To desktop #..." does not work. The only thing that allows me to continue the installation is to hold the Alt-key, click and hold the mouse on the window and move it to the second screen. Then I can proceed installation. The same issue is with Space Empires 5 Demo installer. Can be downloaded from: http://www.strategyfirst.ca/downloads/demos/SE5Demo_v125.exe

The same issue is with Space Empires 5 Demo installer.
Can't confirm for Space Empires 5 Demo. Installer behaves correctly and no problem with "useful" window being in the background. Still exists for me in Wine 1.2-rc4. Wine compiled from source.
