The Error occurs only in combination with OpenTypeFont and does not occur in Word 2007. Maybe this error has something to do with Bug 16121. I got the same issue as described in bug 16121 using OTF. And sometimes Word shows normal text as bold and bold text as normal. It uses »Adobe Garamond Pro« and trying to print is with Word 2003, 2007 or 2010 leads to a crash.
