A bug was introduced in version 0.9.42, that makes printer dialogs to not work.
When you press Accept button in the printer dialog the I receive the followin 
error:

fixme:commdlg:PRINTDLG_UpdatePrintDlgA No lpdm ptr?
fixme:commdlg:PRINTDLG_WMCommandA Update printdlg was not successful!

It was working fine up to version 0.9.41

It can be tested with notepad.
