[Bug 7292] SystemDrive and a bunch other variables not set

SystemDrive has been implemented already.

Bug 3077 requires AppData (The AppData variable is fixed in current git,
however).

Bug 4181, bug 4820, bug 8125, bug 8353 and bug 10152 all depend on
ALLUSERSPROFILE.
