CreateProcessAsUserW() is used which just passes appname and cmdline to CreateProcessW(). Aura Kingdom uses Pando Media Booster, so that's why it has that problem:

Pando Media Booster bug 22152 targets a different problem (multi-threaded gc heap) which has nothing to do with this bug.
