Yes it is. as i got exactly the same crash as reporter (after installing dotnet48). sha1sum CountdownTimerSetup2.0.12.msi f742e32cdfa632c5e73485fe0b1114fde8abbe33 CountdownTimerSetup2.0.12.msi The "usual" 'winetricks -q arial d3dcompiler_47' makes the app start fine. Mono has code to handle that situation, we just need to add PresentationFramework.Classic. After that it fails because it can't find Microsoft.Windows.Themes.ClassicBorderDecorator. We still can't compile BAML because we have no open-source compiler for it.
