stub for  LsaLookupAuthenticationPackage 

Hi, patch attached is enough to let the installer finish without crashing , and
installer claims to be successfull. I could start the app too, but it starts
complaining about missing modules. Could be a bug in wine, or the installer
failed to instyall all packages, i dunno. Someone should check how the install
looks like on windows, in wine only 18 M is installed.

Anyway , there was also a call before this one to unimplemented function in
setupapi, i added a stub for that one to , but it didn't make any difference
for the amount of installed files
