Changing summary to correct misinformation.

Vitaliy Margolen: That might be it but I haven't seen the bug logfile with the
error: "err:d3d:IWineD3DImpl_FillGLCaps    GL_Extensions returns NULL
" as of yet.

Let me recheck and see if that has changed.
