Please cd to exectutable's directory before launching program. E.g.,

$ cd /home/szg/.wine/drive_c/Program\ Files/Design_Explorer_99_SE/
$ wine Client99SE.exe

or launch using full windows path, e.g.

$ wine "C:\Program Files\Design_Explorer_99_SE\Client99SE.exe"

Few if any windows programs can understand the unix path as you ran it.

If it still occurs, please post a link to the program you are trying to run,
and/or a link to download it there is a demo/freeware freely available.

Resolving invalid. Please reopen if the bug still occurs if run with the proper
path.
