So the problem with this is what exactly? Do you have a specific application that doesn't work because of this? or has some issues?
Yes, a program I wrote doesn't work because of this. The text appears in wrong places because ScriptTextOut ignores justification. This is annoying because the blinking text cursor shows up in the correct place, which is now somewhere else on the screen.
