If an application still holds a context from a store and closes the store with
CERT_CLOSE_STORE_FORCE_FLAG, Wine frees the context anyway and aborts:

    Assertion failed: !context->ref, file ../wine/dlls/crypt32/context.c, line
96

Windows tolerates this. WildTangent DRM 3.2 (DRM0302.dll) does exactly this
while holding its signing
certificate, right after bug 60401 is fixed, so the license install process is
killed.

Fix: defer freeing until the last context reference is released (patch to
follow in a merge request; covered by the round-trip
test from the bug 60401 fix).

Correction to the description: no merge request is coming from me, so this is
open for anyone to fix. The root cause above should be enough to go on. For
reference only, not for submission: the workaround and a local fix I tested are
