The patch http://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-patches/2007-August/042655.html
should set the correct protection of blocks allocated with GlobalAlloc. There
is still a problem with the code put in UMB that I will need to check how it
should be done. In the mean time the attached patch can be used.
