Bug comments restored from Gmane.org: 
 
dlls/oleaut32/Makefile includes -ljpeg but doesn't include 
LIBS value passed to configure (so link failed - couldn't find libjpeg.so) 
 
added libs given in configure to EXTRA_LIBS & jpeg library 
was found & linked in
